RiskSmart (DA) Accreditation
Urban and Rural are proud to be one of the few consultants who are accredited to lodge RiskSmart (DA) applications with Brisbane City Council. The RiskSmart (DA) process is a partnership between the Brisbane City Council and selected accredited consultants to fast track striaght forward development applications.
The RiskSmart (DA) process involves Urban and Rural performing an assessment of the proposed development against City Plan 2000 in a similar manner to how an application would normally be assessed by Council. RiskSmart (DA) accrdited consultants are required to assess the development against a criteria that is determined by Council.
Upon completion of the assessment by Urban and Rural a report is prepared and submitted to Brisbane City Council detailing compliance with City Plan 2000 and a draft decision notice and conditions of approval are provided by Urban and Rural.
It is then the responsibility of Brisbane City Council to finalise all outstanding matters relating to the development approval and issue the final approval package within five (5) business days.
